St. James the Apostle Fall Festival will take place at the Refugio County Community Center on September 9 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets are only $7. Barbecue plates includes all the trimmings plus tea and dessert. Bingo starts at 2:30 p.m. The festival also features a cake walk, childrens games, silent auction, and a raffle during the Bingo. 1st prize is $1000 in gift card, plus 28 more gift cards.
