Event Name:  Formation Course for Catechesis of the Good Shepherd

This is a formation course for adults who want to learn how to share the Catholic faith with children. The course will be offered over 3 weekends (Friday night, Saturday and Sunday) during the school year. Based on Montessori principles of education, the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd focuses on the relationship between the child and God. Lessons are based on Scripture and Liturgy and use hands on materials. The Level I formation is the foundation course for all levels and provides the framework for all subsequent training. Level I, Part 2 Formation will be offered at St. Philip the Catholic Church: August 24 - 26; Nov 4 - 6; and Jan 18 - 20, 2013.
